Hello there angels from my nightmare!

I just came back from Choa Chu Kang Polyclinic. Yeah, I was down with fever, sorethroat and running nose. Usually I would just sit at home and eat the leftover medicines. But now is the Dengue and H1N1 domination so I have to take extra precautionary measures against these viruses. Everything starts with our social responsibility, as for me I got little siblings and old nanny in the house so I've got to be vigilant enough so they won't fall sick either.

I left the house at 8.45 am without breakfast (what the hell!....), hail a cab and direct to the polyclinic. When I reach there, I declared myself having fever, sorethroat and running nose but when they check my temperature, it's 36.4C. So they give me the yellow sticker to show my severity status. (From normal to severe: Green, Yellow, Orange and Red) and they gave me a mask. So I collect my queue number for registration, registered myself and proceed to consultation area (anyway my queue number is 2223).

30 minutes have passed........

45 minutes.......

100 minutes gone and I'm still waiting........

FINALLY!!, after 135 minutes 'fly' by, my number popped out from the screen. I quickly make my way to the consultation room, with my mask covering all the lip-synching of vulgarities for making me wait more than 2 hours. After a mere 5 minutes of check-ups, I proceed to the pharmacy to collect my medication. So I submit my prescription to the pharmacist and wait for my queue turn. While waiting, I walked around the pharmacy, thinking of grabbing something (anyway, it's a pharmacy, not a souveneirs or gifts shop). Suddenly something came across my mind. Why not I buy mask just in case anything happens. So I picked the mask in box of 50's from the counter. Then something inevitable happen.

While I was paying up for the masks, got this nyonya in 40's I think, look at me with this one kind look. I know I was wearing mask but the way she look at me like she wants to tell me this:

"hey boy u got SARS ah? sorry sorry what I mean is H1N1 aka swine flu. Eeee yerrrr, so gross ah you, so dirty. Don't pass the virus to me. Shoo!"

PUKIMAK PUNYA NYONYA, KAU TAHU TAK PADAHAL KAU DAN BANGSA KAU MAKAN BABI. BABI YANG DAH LENYET-LENYET DALAM LUMPUR DAN PASAL TU LAH KENE SWINE FLU. CHIBAI PUNYA NYONYA, MUKA DAH LAH SEAKAN2AKAN MACAM BABI JUGAK. SIAL PUNYA NYONYA!!

Okay I vent my anger already in malay because I think my vulgarities is effective in malay. Haha!! After paying the stuff I bought, I proceed to the pharmacists and collect my medicine. Walked out to the main road and hail a cab back home.

And honestly I just finish swallowing 2 tabs of fever pills, 1 small tab of running nose pill, 2 spoon of cough mixture and right now I'm still sucking my sorethroat lozenges. My eyes is as heavy as if it's carrying weight. My god, I guess I'll better stop here and have a good rest. See you again people!

Sayonara!!

Hello there angels from my nightmare.

It's a party-hard weekend, eventhough I want it harder. Saturday, I went out shopping with Zann, Khai, Zach and Lydiah. Started off the day going to the hairsalon as Zann and Zach wanna get a quick hairfix. Then we took the north-bound train to Yishun to pick up Lydiah and after that off to Town, where the shopping haven is. Met up with Khai at Wheelock Place. I'm sorry that he have to wait for us for almost 2 hours but it's wise of him to actually go Borders and read some books. But his dressing is way out of line. Wearing a RedBull singlet, I'm sure he's unknown of our party plans. Haha!

Our first stop, It's Agnes B. at Isetan Scotts. Zann wanted to buy his year-long wish of that $100+ t-shirt and at last he's happy to actually fulfilled his dream, Haha!

Next we went to Istean Wisma Atria to collect the t-shirt 'cos they have Zann size there. But before that we went to Forever 21 in favour of Lydiah and Breadtalk to grab some munchies. Hehe. After that, we proceed to Takashimaya, Heeren and Cineleisure. Zann bought a new shoes, a New Balance purple in colour. It's very nice, I shall loan him one day. Muahaha!

By now, our stomach pangs are uncontrollable and we decided to eat at Youth Park.
Khai, Lydiah and myself opted for Botak Jones while Zann and Zach opted for seafood. I don't know what they had but for all I know, mine is Cajun Chicken Burger with Cheese Mashed Potatoes and Cajun Fries. I almost vomit, trying to finish up my food. I tell you, Botak Jones is very cheap and the serving is humungous. Value for money, especially in hard times like now.

Okay, our party-mood is developing in our thoughts. But Zach is in flip flops while I'm in berms, who cares right. So we took cab to Clarke Quay to try our luck and only Azzucar is available for us but the environment is still dead. So we took cab again to Hacienda @ Dempsey to have a few rounds of drinks first. I grabbed two pints of Hoegaarden and 2 sets of double-shot whiskey coke. Chill out for a while and my guest for the day camed. It's Zia and her two friends. All of them are from my ITE and they are in one batch lower. Next we proceed to Azzucar and party hard.

It's really and enjoying day for all of us. I hope we can party again like this.

Sayonara people!
